At Welye, we apply our expertise to your label printing projects, whether for commercial, industrial, or event use. Thanks to our machine park and perfect mastery of materials and finishes, we offer custom solutions, adapted to your technical constraints and brand image.
Custom Formats and Cuts
We print labels in rolls or individually, in all shapes: rectangular, round, oval, or specific custom cuts. Dimensions can be fully customized, to fit your containers (bottles, boxes, bags, cartons, etc.) or your labeling equipment.
Paper or Synthetic Substrates
The choice of paper or film depends on the use, desired finish, and storage conditions. We offer a wide range of materials:
- Glossy or matte coated paper: ideal for short-term use labels, good value for money.
- Laid, kraft, or textured paper: for a handcrafted or premium look.
- Polypropylene (PP) or polyester (PET): perfect for humid environments, cosmetics, or food products.
- Vinyl or PVC: resistant to friction, UV, and chemicals.
All substrates can be laminated (matte, glossy, soft touch) for added resistance and an aesthetic finish.
Manual or Automatic Application
We adapt printing according to your application method:
- Manual application: rolls delivered with simple winding, adapted spacing, easy identification.
- Automatic application: strict adherence to margins, winding direction, unwinding speed, compatibility with your industrial machines.
Core and Outer Diameter
For roll labels, we offer different core diameters:
- 25 mm, 40 mm, 76 mm – the most common, compatible with most labeling machines.
The outer diameter of the roll is also customizable according to your machine constraints, often between 100 mm and 300 mm.
Finishing Options
- Spot or Full Varnish
- Hot Foiling (gold, silver, copper)
- Die-cutting
- Numbering or Variable Personalization
