Everything about flyer printing

The flyer is still one of the most effective ways to push an offer, announce an event or make a business known: a light format, a controlled cost and great creative freedom. At Welye we print your flyers in Paris, in offset or digital, from short runs to very large volumes, with advice on the size, paper and finish best suited to your use.

Sizes

From pocket size (7.5 × 10 cm, A7) up to A4, including the classic A6, A5 and DL (10 × 21 cm), plus square or custom sizes. A6 and DL are perfect for hand-to-hand flyering; A5 leaves room for a detailed offer; A4 works as a mini-poster or product sheet.

Papers & weights

  • 90 to 135 gsm — flexible and economical, ideal for mass distribution (mailbox drops, street marketing).
  • 170 gsm — more rigid, a professional feel while staying light: the best compromise.
  • 250 to 350 gsm — thick, close to a postcard, for a premium flyer people keep.
  • Glossy or matte coated, recycled, textured creative or metallic paper (gold, silver).

Finishes

To stand out: gloss, matte or soft-touch lamination (peach-skin feel), 2D/3D spot varnish to highlight a logo or image, hot foiling (gold, copper, colours). These finishes turn a simple flyer into a polished communication piece.

Offset or digital?

Below about 500 copies, digital is faster and cheaper (no setup costs). Above that, offset gives the best unit cost and consistent colour, even on very large runs (100,000+). We compare both for you.

Preparing your file

Provide a high-resolution PDF (300 dpi), in CMYK, with 3 mm bleed and text at least 5 mm from the edges. We check your files for free and you approve a proof before printing.
