Materials

Each material suits a specific use. Dibond® (aluminium composite panel, 2 to 4 mm) is the benchmark for durable outdoor use: flat, rigid and weatherproof, it never warps and lasts for years outdoors. Foam PVC (Forex®) from 3 to 10 mm offers an excellent value for indoor and event use. Lightweight, economical Akylux® fluted board suits short-term needs such as construction or election boards. Foam board is used for light POS and presentations, acrylic for premium plates and illuminated signs.

Dibond® — aluminium composite panel

Premium panel, built to last

Dibond bonds two thin aluminium sheets to a polyethylene core, giving a panel that is rigid, lightweight and exceptionally durable. It is our top-of-the-range support, made for both indoor and outdoor display, with a clean matte surface and genuine resistance to UV and weathering.

• 2, 3 and 4 mm thick, sizes from 20 x 20 cm to 180 x 280 cm

Forex® — Expanded PVC

Versatile, light and rigid

Forex is a rigid, lightweight closed-cell expanded PVC panel with a smooth surface and homogeneous structure. Fully waterproof and unaffected by humidity, it's the all-round support with the best value for money, ideal indoors for point-of-sale displays, signage and stands. Outdoors it suits sheltered or short-term use: for prolonged full-sun exposure, Dibond® is the better choice. Thicker gauges (5 and 10 mm) stay flatter on large formats.

Akylux — fluted (corrugated) polypropylene

Light, affordable, water-resistant

Akylux is a fluted polypropylene panel (corrugated core), very light, affordable and water-resistant, easy to handle, install and transport. Semi-rigid, it flexes slightly along the flute direction: it's the ideal support for temporary display, both indoors and outdoors, when you need to communicate fast and on a small budget.

• Common thicknesses: 3.5 and 5 mm (up to 10 mm on request)
• Indoor and outdoor, temporary use (a few months)
• Ultra-light and semi-rigid, water-resistant, recyclable
• Full-colour single or double-sided print, optional reinforced eyelets

Plexiglas® — PMMA (acrylic)

Glass elegance, far lighter

Plexiglas (acrylic PMMA) is an alternative to glass, roughly half the weight and far more impact-resistant: it does not shatter, which makes it safer. It brings genuine elegance and remarkable print resolution. Its optical clarity and translucent grades allow backlighting, making it the premium choice for illuminated signs, refined displays and high-end signage. Note: its surface scratches more easily than glass.

• Thicknesses: 3, 5 and 8 mm (10 mm on request)
• Indoor and outdoor (UV-stabilised grade, non-yellowing)
• Transparent or translucent, light and rigid
• CMYK front print + selective white for opacity and effects

Uses: Illuminated and backlit signs, advertising panels, displays, trophies and decorative plaques.

Honeycomb Board — Cellular Cardboard (Re-board® type)

Light, eco-friendly, surprisingly rigid

A cardboard panel with a honeycomb core sandwiched between two kraft liners: ultra-light, fully recyclable and yet remarkably rigid, made for indoor use. The eco-responsible choice for POS displays, stands and short-lived sets that need presence without the weight.

• Honeycomb core and kraft liners: very rigid at a featherweight

Foam board — rigid foam core, paper faces

Light, rigid, ideal indoors

An ultra-light panel combining a rigid foam core (polyurethane) with two paper faces, delivering perfect flatness and effortless handling. Easy to cut and mount, it remains sensitive to knocks on edges and corners. Ideal for indoor presentations, exhibitions and point-of-sale displays on short-term, high-quality projects.

• Common thicknesses 3, 5 and 10 mm (up to 20 mm)
• Indoor use only (sensitive to humidity and UV)
• Extremely light, good rigidity and flatness
• Smooth or canvas-textured surface, single- or double-sided CMYK print

Uses: Graphic presentations, exhibition panels, art reproductions, indoor point-of-sale and event signage, scale models.

Sizes

We produce up to 300 × 200 cm in a single piece, and larger by assembling juxtaposed modules. Common sizes range from a small A4 or A3 door plate to large 100 × 70 cm, 120 × 80 cm or 200 × 100 cm panels. Everything is calculated to the millimetre to match your mounting surface. Mounting, fixing and installation

A well-mounted panel lasts for years. Depending on the material, we plan holes at the required spacing, decorative standoffs for an elegant offset mount, or bonding onto a structure. Dibond® can be screwed, riveted or glued directly to a wall; light panels are fixed with double-sided tape or clips. For your shop windows, signs and signage in Paris and Île-de-France, our team can handle on-site installation.
