Everything about XXL posters in Paris
When A0 is no longer enough, the XXL poster takes over: building façade, stage backdrop, full window, event set or hall covering. At Welye, a printer in Paris, we produce extra-large formats to the centimetre, in a single panel where width allows or in joinable panels to cover surfaces with no limit. Everything is designed to measure: the exact dimensions, the material suited to the use and environment, the finish and even the installation. You describe the project, and together we choose the most fitting technical solution.
Materials
The material is chosen according to the location and length of display. Indoors, we favour a poster or photo paper offering deep colours and a dense black. For walls and windows, adhesive (monomeric, polymeric or one-way vision for glass) applies and removes cleanly. Outdoors or for long-term use, PVC banner and tensioned textile withstand wind, rain and UV.

Sizes
No standard size stops us. Beyond A0 (84.1 × 118.9 cm), we print posters of 2, 4, 10 metres and far more. When the surface exceeds the machine width, the image is divided into calibrated panels joined during fitting: from a few metres away, the seams are invisible. You give the exact final dimension, and we handle the margins, overlaps and assembly guides.
Finishes & options
Depending on the material, we add what is needed for durability and use: matte or gloss lamination to protect the paper, anti-graffiti coating for busy areas, anti-UV lamination to keep colours bright outdoors. On banners, we add eyelets, hems and pole pockets to tension them neatly; on adhesive, contour cutting fits any shape. Deep matte to limit reflections, gloss for punchy colours: your call, we advise.
Fitting, mounting & assembly
A giant poster is prepared to be fitted easily. Each panel is numbered and supplied with its joining guides, and we indicate the fitting order. For complex sites, high windows or façades, we work with equipped fitters operating in Paris and the Île-de-France region. Adhesive squeegeed dry or wet, banner tensioned on a frame, panel to fix: we hand you the right method, or we take care of it.
