Both. We can start from a blank page (identity, layout) or improve / adapt your existing files so they're print-ready.
We can redraw it as a vector (crisp at any size). It's often essential before large-format printing or hot foiling.
Yes, the file check (bleed, resolution, CMYK, fonts) is free before every print. See also our artwork guide.
Ideally a high-resolution PDF, or native files (InDesign, Illustrator) with linked fonts and images. When in doubt, send what you have: we'll tell you what's missing.
