Selective varnish

Selective varnish

Paris Welye offers a number of optional finishes for all your projects. Selective varnish is a process whereby a varnish is applied during printing (machine varnish) or after printing (UV varnish).

In this case, Paris Welye applies a thin layer of varnish to your printed media and matte films. The reason why varnish is applied after laminating is to ensure a very good hold.

It's called selective or reserved because only certain areas of your print are selected. This gives your creation a unique, original and elegant relief appearance.
