Exhibiting in France? Here's how it works.
Coming to exhibit at a trade show in France? Printing locally is usually cheaper than shipping your graphics — and removes breakage, customs and lost-luggage risks. Here is how it works with Welye, a printing company in the Paris area used to working with French and international exhibitors.
How it works
- ✓1. Tell us what you need — Products, quantities, show opening date and venue. Via the quote form, e-mail or phone — in English or French.
- ✓2. Get a fast quote — Exact price and lead time, within working hours. We advise on the right sizes and materials for your booth.
- ✓3. Approve the proof — Send your files (PDF preferred): free file check, then a proof before anything is printed. Our studio can adapt or create your artwork.
- ✓4. Pay remotely — Bank transfer or remote payment, compliant invoice with VAT details — for French, EU and non-EU companies.
- ✓5. Delivery wherever you need — To your booth (hall + number), your hotel or your agency — or pick-up at our workshop. Fitting available on quote.

Not at all: quotes, proofs and support are also handled in English.
High-resolution PDFs with bleed. Details are in our artwork guide — and we check everything free of charge.
Yes: 24/48h express on many products, depending on the item and proof approval time.
Anywhere in France: Porte de Versailles, Villepinte, Le Bourget, Eurexpo Lyon and every other venue.
Contact us immediately: we reprint on express. That's also why we recommend planning one day of buffer.
