The show opens on Tuesday 3 November and Sunday 1 November is a public holiday in France, so delivery takes place on Monday 2 November, during build-up. Here are the proof approval deadlines.

Our workshop is open Monday to Thursday 9am to 6pm and Friday 9am to 1pm, Paris time. A proof approved on Friday afternoon goes into production on Monday morning.

Confidentiality. Your technical files are never published or shown as samples. We sign your non-disclosure agreement before receiving sensitive documents and delete the files after the order on request.
Languages. We print in English, French or bilingual versions, and our studio can adapt the layout of your datasheets and brochures. Quotes and invoices in English for international teams, payment by card or bank transfer.
Fire rating. Flexible stand graphics are available in M1 fire-rated polyester, the rating most exhibition centres require, with a certificate on request.
One contact. A proof for every item before printing, a delivery date we keep, and someone who answers the phone during show week.

Made on the edge of Paris, delivered to Villepinte
Our workshop in Champigny-sur-Marne is about 35 minutes from Paris Nord Villepinte outside rush hour. We deliver stand orders ourselves within the venue's delivery slots, and can come back during the show if something unexpected happens.
